We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Candidates with a background in FMCG manufacturing will be highly regarded, although experience from other high-volume production environments will also be considered.

You'll will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading, coaching, and developing production teams to achieve operational excellence
- Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements
- Managing production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery targets
- Monitoring and improving productivity, labour utilisation, and operational performance
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders
- Performance management, and employee engagement




- Ensuring quality standards and production KPIs are consistently achieved
- Supporting operational problem-solving and root-cause analysis

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience leading productions similar leadership role
- Solid leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience within FMCG or other fast-paced manufacturing environments is preferred
- Sound understanding of production planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding is desirable but not essential
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
