Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Manager People Systems & Services to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our People systems, workforce analytics, remuneration processes, governance, and employee services.

Reporting to the General Manager People, this leadership role is responsible for driving the effectiveness of our HR technology platforms, workforce reporting, employee lifecycle services, and People-related governance. You will work closely with stakeholders across People, Finance, Technology, and Operations to enhance processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading the ongoing optimisation and management of People systems, including HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Driving automation, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the People function.
- Overseeing workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making.
- Managing remuneration and reward processes, including salary reviews and benchmarking activities.
- Ensuring strong governance, compliance, reporting standards,



and data integrity.
- Overseeing employee lifecycle administration and HR service delivery.
- Managing visa administration and compliance requirements.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing People Services team.

To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience leading People Systems, HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Analytics functions.
- Solid HRIS/HCM experience, ideally within a complex or multi-site environment.
- Advanced analytical and reporting capability, including experience with Power BI and Excel.
- Demonstrated success delivering technology, automation, or process improvement projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
