The Prospect

n

As the Project Engineer at Built you will manage, control, and deliver projects on and off site, within time, quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships.

n

You will perform overall technical coordination of the construction process, in conjunction with senior project management teams through the coordination and documentation of design and programme requirements

n

Here's what a typical day might look like for you:

n

- Prepare applicable cost reports (with the CA)
n
- Design management and review of design against the project budget
n
- Managing subcontract conditions (as applicable) including responsibility for timely procurement of trades.
n




- Assist in managing and statusing the target programmes and issue programme reports to Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager (as required)
n
- Identify & acquire project resources (as required)
n
- Support Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager in determining project specific risks, goals, and opportunities
n

In this role you will provide a link between design, building services and sub-contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

n

- Ability to facilitate change and make decisions

- Demonstrates ability to delegate, mentor and encourage the team to achieve its goals
n
- Tertiary Qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering
n
- Solid experience working within the building and construction industry in roles precedent to Project Engineer
n

n

Your ability to show initiative, adapt to changing situations and your innovative mindset will hold you in good stead.
