Head of Finance — Advanced Manufacturing, International Operations

A well-established, privately-owned Perth manufacturer with international operations is seeking a commercially-minded Head of Finance to lead its finance function.

n

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of financial reporting and governance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury, multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, and team leadership — while also driving process and systems improvement in a lean, hands-on workplace.

n

This is a genuinely broad, high-visibility role in a growing, founder-led business — ideal for someone who wants real ownership rather than being one of many in a large corporate finance team.

What you'll bring:

- CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualification
n




- 8+ years' commercial finance experience, including leading a finance function
n
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environments
n
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills
n
- A hands-on approach and comfort operating in a lean, growing organisation
n
- Growth mindset is essential
n

Highly regarded:

- Background in engineering, manufacturing or project-based businesses
n
- International finance experience
n

n

Level is flexible depending on the calibre of the successful candidate — Finance Manager through to Financial Controller will be considered.
