About the Role:

n

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing and optimising organic social media activity across Haircare Group's portfolio of professional haircare brands.

n

Working closely with Brand Managers and the wider Marketing team, you will create engaging social-first content, manage community engagement, support influencer and ambassador partnerships, and help bring campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives to life across Australia and New Zealand.

About You:

n

n
- 1-3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role
n
- Solid understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
n
- Experience creating engaging social-first content, particularly short-form video content
n
- Strong copywriting, communication and community management skills
n




- Experience with content planning, scheduling and social media management platforms
n
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
n
- A proactive attitude, strong initiative and willingness to learn
n

- Experience within the professional hair, beauty, fashion or lifestyle industries

- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot or similar content creation tools
n
- Mobile photography and videography skills

- Understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and social media reporting tools
