Step In Recruitment is seeking experienced and reliable Warehouse Operators to join a leading Food & Beverage/FMCG manufacturing site in Eastgardens.

Ongoing casual role with strong potential to go permanent.

n

Pay Rate: $37.00–$42.55+ per hour

n

Roster: Monday–Friday

n

Rotating Shifts (2‐week rotation):

n

n
- Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
n
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
n
- Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Packaging machinery experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG (highly advantageous)
n
- Competent Counterbalance Forklift operator (High‐Reach beneficial but not essential)
n
- Understanding of food safety & quality standards (advantageous)
n
- Basic computer literacy
n
- Solid teamwork, can‐do attitude, and willingness to learn
n
- Able to work rotating shifts
n
- Available to start ASAP
n
