As a 360 Consultant with in our team, you will take the lead on:

n

n
- Acquisition and Client Management: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
n
- Recruitment and Candidate Management: You'll be managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. You will be a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through their career journey.
n
- Administration and Reporting: You'll use our bespoke systems to manage your pipeline and provide valuable insights on market trends to your clients.
n

To be considered for this role, you will need:

n

n
- 3+ years of previous recruitment consulting experience (desireable)
n
- Knowledge and/or experience within the engineering, construction (highly desireable)
n
- Robust numeracy and IT skills (essential)
n
- This position will require the successful applicant to travel within the metro region to visit clients. A clean and valid drivers license will be required.
n
