What do you need to become a Vario?

To become a Vario you will be aqualified lawyer with an unrestricted practicing certificate, have a solid academic background and ideally have:

- Experience working for a top-tier law firm and/or equivalent in-house/secondment

- The drive and ability to work flexibly
n
- Experience in all sectors will be considered
