About you

n

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager / Residential Aged Care Manager who is confident leading a large home and motivating teams to achieve excellent outcomes.

n

Essential requirements:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Proven experience managing a residential aged care home
n
- Strong leadership and people management capability
n
- Sound understanding of aged care quality and compliance requirements
n
- Experience managing financial and operational performance
n
- Strong knowledge of AN-ACC and accreditation
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality resident outcomes
n
