Job Description

Saltwater Creek Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen led by a Head Chef and team. You will work in a lively, family-like environment with a focus on high-quality, modern cuisine across wide-ranging styles.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen, the ability to cover 5 days per week within a 7-day operation, and valid trade qualifications or equivalent experience. Good presentation and strong communication are essential.
