Our ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of trusts, financial statements, taxation returns, BAS, and IAS, and be able to provide complex tax advice to clients.

SEEKING:

n

n
- Intermediate Accountants / Senior Accountants
n
- CA or CPA-qualified / or near completion
n
- Minimum 3 years of Public Practice experience in Australia
n
- $90,000 to $145,000 (pckg) / Commensurate with experience
n

n

DUTIES:

n

n
- Prepare financial s/ments & ITRs for individuals, p/ships, companies, trusts
n




- Prepare and review complex tax returns for mainly SMEs and/or HNWIs
n
- Dealing with CGT, Div7a, UPE, GST, SBTC, FTE/IEE, and FBT
n
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required and audit assistance to clients
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
n
- Comply with professional standards and relevant legislation
n
- Provide technical advice, whilst managing a portfolio of clients
n
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data, with all deadlines met
n
- Support junior staff members with their work papers and mentorship
n
- Keep up to date with taxation laws and changes, and partake in training
n
- Implement sound administrative and organisational processes
n
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
