About The Role

n

We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Mackay team on a full time basis. This is on a rotating roster with shifts varying between the hours of 6.45am to 7.30pm, with occasional weekend work required.

n

The team in Mackay are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.

About You

n

n




- Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
n
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
n
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
n
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence

- Professional personal presentation
