Job Description

Ethos is seeking experienced behavioural insights researchers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers versatile commitment of 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start and is open to international applicants.

You will conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Expertise in thematic coding, survey design, and creating polished documents and presentations is essential.
