Unison is seeking a Concession Manager to lead the Myer Charlestown concession, guiding a small team and delivering a premium customer experience. You will train and mentor staff, drive sales, and partner with leadership to build a profitable store while maintaining brand standards.

In this role you'll manage rosters, oversee back-of-house ops, and ensure operational excellence. This is a full time position with a focus on delivering outstanding service and fashion-forward customer experiences
