Maritime Security Officer (Casual) – Fisherman Island, Brisbane

We are currently seeking motivated, customer-focused Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis at Fisherman Island, Brisbane. This opportunity is ideal for professionals keen to build a career in the maritime security sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfil all duties in accordance with the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003.
- Screen passengers, vehicles, and freight to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage access control to restricted areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, clients, and staff.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to potential security risks.
- Safeguard assets and personnel by conducting thorough security checks.
- Identify and scrutinize potentially hazardous or dangerous materials.

Required Qualifications & Licences:

- Current and valid Security Licence.




- First Aid Certificate.
- Driver’s Licence.

A valid Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) is highly regarded.
