Marine Travel Consultant

Mobilise Travel is a specialist travel management company supporting the energy, marine and resources sectors. We manage complex workforce travel and logistics where precision, timing and reliability are non-negotiable. It's the kind of work that goes well beyond a standard booking, with a heavy focus on ensuring our clients operations are supported from end to end.

We're looking for an experienced senior travel advisor with marine industry and corporate expertise to join our team.

The role

You'll manage end to end travel and logistics for our offshore & onshore marine and offshore clients, including crew changes & mobilisations, port logistics, tight lead times and the complex scenarios that require quick, considered problem solving. You'll be a trusted point of contact who understands the industry, anticipates challenges, and delivers a consistently high standard of service.

What we're looking for

- Proven marine travel booking experience and global visa requirements for Seafarers (essential)
- Proven corporate travel booking experience (highly regarded)
- Expert knowledge of the marine industry and its operational demands




- Expert knowledge of corporate and marine airfares
- Experience with a GDS and ticketing; Amadeus preferred
- Familiarity with back-office and online booking platforms
- A focused approach that balances cost efficiency with the right outcome for the client
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows through
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving workplace
