With a membership base exceeding 24,500 and sustained year-on-year growth, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help lead this growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing direction. Working closely with the CEO, the successful candidate will define brand positioning, drive campaign performance, and deliver measurable growth outcomes. The role carries genuine ownership of strategy and results, rather than execution of pre-set direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead a 12-month marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets




- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta platforms
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels
- Leverage data and performance metrics to inform content and campaign decisions
- Produce and coordinate marketing content, including basic content editing
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools within marketing operations
- Report regularly on campaign performance and strategic progress to executive leadership

About You

- Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role
- Demonstrated success managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- High level of initiative, consistency, and organisational rigour
- Working knowledge of, or robust interest in, AI tools relevant to marketing
- Interest in the horse racing industry is advantageous but not essential
- Experience or interest in podcasting will be highly regarded
