Well established government organization looking for an experienced Master Scheduler

Hybrid mode 3 days in office | 6 months view to extend | up to $900/day super | Geelong, VIC

Your new role and Skills

- Substantial experience in program level scheduling, critical path including proven management of multiple project schedules concurrently within large and complex organisations.
- Successful portfolio and program scheduling in a matrix environment with associated linked dependencies and complex resourcing analysis.
- Proven experience successfully managing complex multi-million dollar program schedules and projects.
- Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in their entirety including experience in PRINCE2, PMBOK, Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- High level of written and oral communication skills with excellent attention to detail in written work.




- Proven confidence in verbal communication with the successful ability to deal with people at all levels of an organisation including liaising with a wide range of diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating enterprise schedule management systems (eg Clarity, Primavera etc.)
- Experience developing training curriculums and delivering training sessions on Schedule Management
