Main Duties
- Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees
- Holding keys for the security of gaming, bar and bottleshop areas
- Entry/supervision of entries in accounting records required to be kept and maintained under the relevant Act
- Responsibility for gaming conduct and access to internal parts of machines
- Attendance/operation of a gaming machine terminal
- Arranging remedial repairs to gaming equipment
- Preparing displays and presenting stock, including specials
- Cleaning bar areas, glasses and equipment
- Picking up glasses and taking drink orders
- Preparing and mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
- Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests
- Using the EFTPOS machine
- Maintain stock control
- Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures

Pay Rate: $67,000 to $80,000
Main Duties
- Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes
- Assisting in clearing the kitchen
- Maintaining stock control
- Assisting cooks of a higher grade
- Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures
- Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the Employer
Customer Service
- Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- Offer assistance to hotel customers
- Promote the Employer’s services and facilities to customers when appropriate

Main Duties
- Opening and Closing the Hotel
- Assist Senior Management with the day to day operations of the various departments of the Hotel
- Manage Hotel team members on a daily basis including preparation of rosters, training and development, customer service standards and performance management
- Holding keys for the security of gaming, bar and bottle shop areas
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Management of inventory and ordering of stock for the Hotel
- Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling Hotel expenditure
- Delivering business results by achieving set targets KPI's and objectives set by Senior Management
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Handling customer complaints in a timely manner
- Leading and compiling the daily handover for the next Duty Manager
- Ensure all hotel team members create customer service delivery that is timely, effective, and efficiently meets Hotel standards
- Ensure that cash handling responsibilities are adhered to, all shift takings are recorded, and investigate variances and discrepancies as required
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures to all employees’ to ensure operational and service standards are maintained
- Conduct regular floor checks of all Hotel areas to ensure Hotel areas are clean and well maintained
- Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the Employer
