Marketing & Tenders Coordinator

Deception Bay, QLD | Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000 + benefits We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Tenders Coordinator to join our growing engineering and project delivery businesses.

This is a varied role combining tender administration, marketing, client engagement, compliance and event coordination, with the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring tender portals, identifying opportunities and coordinating tender submissions
- Maintaining tender registers, documentation and submission schedules
- Preparing capability statements, company profiles and tender brochures
- Managing social media and supporting marketing campaigns
- Maintaining CRM and client communication records
- Managing client insurance certificates and compliance requirements
- Coordinating training courses, workshops, presentations and events
- Supporting business development initiatives and marketing activities

About you:





- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in administration, marketing, tenders or business development
- Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail
- Robust organisation and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with social media platforms
- Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar experience is desirable
- Confident building relationships with clients and stakeholders

Desirable: Experience in engineering, construction, consulting or professional services, government tendering, client compliance portals, or event/training coordination.
