Currently on the market for a Business Master Data Lead for an initial 6-month contract, of a 2 year program of work, for one of our global clients.

The successful candidate will have strong Business Transformation, MDM, Salesforce experience and can be located anywhere within Australia.

About the Role An exciting chance to join a leading global consumer goods organisation undergoing a large-scale business and digital transformation across the APAC region.

As the Regional Master Data Lead, you will play a critical role in the deployment of a new Salesforce and Master Data Governance (MDG) solution, acting as the subject matter expert for Customer Master Data. Working closely with regional stakeholders, global teams, and implementation partners, you will drive adoption, governance, process alignment, and business readiness across multiple APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the APAC Customer Master Data workstream within a major Salesforce/MDG transformation program.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, drive solution design,



and ensure regional fit-for-purpose outcomes.
- Lead data governance, data quality, migration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Champion change management and drive adoption across regional master data communities.
- Act as the key liaison between regional teams, global centres of excellence, and system implementation partners.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement initiatives post go-live.

About You

- Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Master Data, or Data Governance.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP, Salesforce, MDG, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams.
- Exposure to APAC regional deployments and multi-country environments highly regarded.
