MEDLOG is a global logistics and supply chain operator, specialising in wharf cartage, container transport, intermodal logistics, and warehouse storage and handling. We are currently seeking an experienced MC Drivers with Side Loader experience to join our Minto team on a full-time permanent basis.

Required / Preferred Experience & Certifications

Container & Wharf Experience

- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
- Previous wharf and port experience
- Empty container park experience
- Experience collecting and delivering import/export containers
- Valuable understanding of container procedures, including container numbers, seals, and paperwork

Side Loader Experience

- Proven side-loader operating experience
- Experience loading and unloading 20ft and 40ft containers
- Ability to safely position and secure containers
- Good understanding of safe operating procedures around loading/unloading areas

Heavy Vehicle / Truck Driving Experience

- Appropriate heavy vehicle license for the vehicle being operated
- Strong heavy vehicle driving experience
- Positive knowledge of metropolitan and interstate roads/routes
- Clean driving history preferred
- Good understanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR),



vehicle safety, and load restraint requirements
- Ability to complete daily vehicle inspections and identify/report defects

Fatigue Management

- BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) experience/certification preferred
- Experience working within regulated fatigue management requirements
- Understanding of work diary / fatigue recording requirements
- Valuable understanding of fatigue management and work/rest requirements
- MT DATA experience

Oversize / General Freight Experience (will be highly regarded)

- Previous experience with oversize and/or over mass loads preferred
- Experience with rigid trucks and general freight
- Experience securing loads using chains, straps, binders, and other appropriate restraint equipment
- Understanding of load restraint requirements
- Experience with permits, escort requirements and oversize load procedures would be highly regarded
