About the role 4 on 2 off Roster

We are seeking motivated, safety-focused local Professional Drivers to join our NSW team in full-time and casual positions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected national transport business with strong values, modern equipment and genuine career pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Loading and Delivering Milk in a safe manner to customer sites, with the ability to prioritise your workload and emphasis on conducting yourself safely and professionally at all times.
- Following all OH&S; regulations and furthering the safety culture.
- Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions.
- Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Accountability for all paperwork.

About you To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A current MC license.
- Driving experience.
- An excellent Driver History Report.
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised.
- Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- A solid focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation.
- A strong work ethic and customer focus.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster.
- Ability to do shift work Including Night Shift
