Source: uWorkin As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, safety and performance of Newmont's expanding CAT haulage and ancillary fleet at Boddington.

Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington. As one of Australia's largest gold producers, Boddington is recognised for its leadership in innovation and technology, including becoming the world's first gold mine to implement an Autonomous Haulage System.

About The Candidate Trade qualification as a Heavy Duty Plant MechanicDemonstrated experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment, ideally CAT 793F trucksStrong fault-finding, diagnostic and preventive maintenance capabilityExperience with CAT SIS, VIMS, CAT ET and SAP systems (highly regarded)Strong commitment to safety and risk managementPositive attitude, strong work ethic and high personal integrityAbility to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example
