DocTel is recruiting an Authorised Prescriber in medicinal cannabis.

We are looking for an experienced Australian medical practitioner to join our national telehealth service as an independent contractor.

The position is fully remote and offers flexible consultation hours with percentage-based remuneration.

The successful practitioner must have:

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA medical registration
- Current Authorised Prescriber approval for medicinal cannabis
- Appropriate skilled indemnity insurance
- Experience in responsible, evidence-informed prescribing
- Strong telehealth consultation and clinical documentation skills

DocTel provides the patient booking, payment, technology and administrative infrastructure, allowing practitioners to focus on safe and independent clinical care.

This is not a prescription-on-demand role. Every treatment decision remains with the practitioner, and prescribing must be clinically justified.
