Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records
- Process Medicare and private health insurance claims
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow




- Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Take ownership of administrative tasks and practice correspondence

Required Skills & Qualities

- Previous medical reception experience is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Solid interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic demeanor
- Efficient use of technology and practice management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
