Title: Full-Time Medical Receptionist - Eaton & Australind Medical Centres and Eaton Skin & Aesthetics

We are currently seeking a professional, empathetic, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic teams in Eaton and Australind, Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare sector and wanting to contribute to the smooth operation of our practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain an organized scheduling system.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a high level of customer service and confidentiality.
- Process billing and payments and assist with medical insurance claims.
- Maintain patient records and ensure the accuracy of all data entry.
- Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or similar role is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with medical software.




- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy.
- This role requires the candidate at least 18 years old - this is a legal requirement
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Best Practice software experience beneficial but not required
- Available between the hours of 7.30am - 9pm Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays
- Only full-time position available at this time
