Job Description

Are you an experienced Program Support Officer with a strong background in project or program administration? This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with a large and complex government department on the Sunshine Coast, commencing in September running through to 2029 (3 year contract)!
n In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the successful delivery of key programs and initiatives. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly while contributing to meaningful outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and coordination support to program and project teams
n
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers, and documentation
n
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
n




- Maintain project records, registers, and schedules
n
- Monitor action items and support program governance activities
n
- Assist with data management and reporting requirements
n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Program Support Officer, Project Support Officer, or similar administration role
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
n
- Experience supporting programs or projects within Government will be highly regarded
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
n
