Lead Operational Excellence on a Global Scale

OneSchool Global is seeking a strategic and experienced Global Head of Operations to lead and evolve our global Operations function as we continue our journey towards becoming One OneSchool.

n

Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Services, this senior leadership role is responsible for establishing enterprise-wide operational standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality operational services across our global network.

n

Working closely with Executive leaders, leading the regional Operations Directors, collaborating with Regional Heads of Schools and Operations teams worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how OneSchool Global operates, enabling excellence across our campuses and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver the global operations strategy.
n
- Lead operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Establish operational standards, frameworks, and service delivery models across all regions.
n
- Drive process optimisation, innovation, and organisational transformation.
n
- Lead and develop Regional Operations leaders, fostering collaboration and capability across the global function.
n




- Provide strategic operational advice and insights to executive leadership.
n
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality operational services that support organisational success.

About You

n

You are a proven senior operational leader with experience leading complex, multi-site organisations and delivering large-scale operational improvement initiatives.

n

You will bring:

- Background in managing large scale multi-site and multidisciplinary projects
n
- Significant leadership experience in operations or a related discipline.
n
- Robust strategic, commercial, and analytical capability.
n
- Experience leading dispersed teams across multiple regions.
n
- Expertise in operational governance, service delivery, and business process improvement.
n
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
- A collaborative leadership style aligned to OneSchool Global's values and mission.
