About the role

We're looking for a motivated Membership Sales Consultant to work alongside our General Manager, turning first-time visitors into long-term members and making sure every person who calls, emails, or walks in gets a genuinely excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the full sales journey: lead follow-up, studio tours, and closing new memberships
- Meet monthly sales targets set with your GM
- Build rapport with prospective members and speak confidently about our programs, pricing, and class levels
- Represent the studio at local community events (health fairs, studio openings, and similar)
- Help keep the studio clean, welcoming, and running smoothly day to day
- Learn and use our client management software (Club Ready)

About you

- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working toward and hitting sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including on the phone and by email
- Good computer skills and comfort learning new software
- Full working rights in Australia
