General Factory Hand- Braeside

Short-Term Opportunity | 4–6 Weeks | 38 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

We are currently seeking General Factory Hands to join a leading Australian manufacturer of sailing hardware and architectural systems, based in Braeside.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you will be working with wire rope, feeding wire through frames and securely clipping the wires together.

Previous experience in light assembly, manufacturing or using hand tools is highly regarded, but candidates who are practical, reliable and confident working with their hands are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

- Monday to Friday – Day Shift
- 38 hours per week
- 4–6 week assignment
- Based in Braeside
- Hands-on assembly and manufacturing work
- Working with wire rope and frames




- Use of basic hand tools
- Manual handling involved

To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Previous manufacturing, factory or assembly experience highly regarded
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable and committed to the full assignment
- Good communication skills
- Able to provide work-related references
- Reliable transport
- Available to start Monday, 7 September 2026
