Dynamics 365 Power Platform Specialist

Own and enhance our Dynamics 365 CE platform. Work with Dataverse, Azure DevOps and AI while partnering with teams across the business.

If you've built your career around Dynamics 365 and are looking for a role where you can have real influence, this role is for you. At GWA, you'll work closely with our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions that improve the way they work.

This is a broad, hands-on role that combines business engagement, solution design, administration and development. We're looking for someone who enjoys writing code and building solutions, not just managing vendors or overseeing projects. You'll be actively developing, enhancing and supporting Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related integrations while helping to shape the future of our CRM workplace.

You'll be working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Dataverse, Azure DevOps and Power Platform technologies, while also helping us explore new AI opportunities.

This role includes BAU support, but it goes well beyond working through a daily ticket queue.





You'll work closely with business teams to understand their needs, design practical solutions and see them through to delivery. You'll own the outcome, while working with technical resources where needed to bring those solutions to life.

What you'll bring

You'll have hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience and a good understanding of Power Platform Administration and Azure DevOps. Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable talking with business users, understanding their requirements and helping turn them into practical solutions.

You may currently be a Dynamics 365 Developer, CRM Specialist, CRM Lead, Power Platform Specialist or Dynamics Administrator who's looking for a role with broader responsibility and greater ownership.
