NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Migration Lead to drive a major cloud and infrastructure transformation initiative. This leadership role will be responsible for delivering enterprise-scale migrations from on-premises and AWS environments into Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless transition, strong governance, and minimal business disruption.

As the Migration Lead, you will define migration strategy, establish governance frameworks, manage risks, engage senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional delivery teams across infrastructure, applications, networking, security, and operations. Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end migration programs from AWS and on-premises environments into Microsoft Azure.
- Develop migration strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and delivery plans aligned to business objectives.
- Drive workload discovery, dependency mapping, application assessments, and migration readiness activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, applications, networking, and operations.
- Manage risks, cutover planning, business continuity requirements, and migration governance processes.
- Provide executive-level stakeholder management, reporting, and communication throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Oversee Azure landing zones, cloud adoption initiatives, operational readiness, and post-migration optimisation.

Skills & Experience
- Strong previous experience delivering large-scale cloud migration and transformation programs within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise migrating workloads from on-premises and/or AWS environments into Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Azure landing zones, cloud migration frameworks, application modernisation, and cloud governance.
- Deep technical expertise across Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments.
- Strong project delivery, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities.
- Experience with migration waves, cutover execution, rollback strategies, and operational readiness planning.
- Solid PowerShell scripting, automation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
