About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Crinum Underground Bord and Pillar operation for an experienced Miner Driver to join the team on a permanent basis.

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- Relevant Underground Coal experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Miner Driver Operating role
- Relevant Training Certificates & training transcripts
- Demonstrated commitment to a high-performing safety culture
- Excellent planning and coordination skills with the ability to operate under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously
- Have attention to detail in reporting, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bord and Pillar experience is desirable.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Ability to comply with the Safety Health Management System and Coal Mining Legislation at Crinum Bord and Pillar Underground Operation




- Contribute to maintenance strategies to minimise costs, maximise equipment availability and meet budget requirements
- Posses a strong work ethic with a great attendance record
- Comply with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of underground equipment
- Operate plant and equipment where trained and authorised in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with relevant rules and procedures
- Inspect and service equipment, and communicate the equipment status to all relevant personnel
- Report all incidents, non-conformances, defects or hazards to the on-roster Deputy
- Maintain the designated mine housekeeping standards
- Participate under the direction of the Deputy in all operational tasks that you are trained and competent
