Multiple Positions | FIFO | 2:1 Roster | 12-Hour Days | Long-Term Opportunities

We are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join major mining and infrastructure projects in Western Australia.

With multiple positions available across Rio Tinto and Roy Hill projects, this is a outstanding opportunity for experienced operators looking for long-term FIFO work, competitive rates and consistent rosters.

Rio Tinto - All Round Operators

2 positions available

- Rate: $65-$68 per hour
- Duration: 9 months
- Roster: 2:1
- Hours: 12-hour days

About the Role

You will be part of a project involving the installation of approximately 25km of DN500 HDPE, including HV and LV road crossings and buried services.

Key duties will include

- Operating Integrated Tool Carrier (IT) and Excavator
- Loading welding machines
- Digging pipe trenches
- Supporting pipe installation crews
- General earthworks and civil construction duties

Previous IT and Excavator experience is essential.

Roy Hill - Final Trim Excavator Operators

2 positions available

- Rate: $70 per hour
- Roster: 2:1
- Hours: 12-hour days
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Up to 9 months

About the Role

Working on the Roy Hill Dewatering Project, you will be responsible for detailed and bulk earthworks associated with the construction of a pump pad and decant ramp. The project includes approximately 200,000m³ of bulk earthworks, as well as:





- Detailed earthworks
- Burying services
- Pipeline installation
- Final trim excavation

GPS experience is required.

Roy Hill - All Round Operators

We are also seeking 2 All Round Operators to join the pipe installation crew. Key requirements and duties include:

- Experience operating IT and Excavators
- Loading welding machines
- Digging pipe trenches
- Supporting pipe installation works
- General civil and earthworks duties

Additional Roy Hill Positions

We are also seeking experienced:
- Final Trim Dozer Operators
- Final Trim Grader Operators

Project: Roy Hill - Dewatering Project Duration: Up to 9 months

Roster: 2:1

Hours: 12-hour days

Start: ASAP

Rate: $70-$80 per hour, depending on experience and machine

Requirement: GPS experience
