WHATS ON OFFER

- $55.00 – $65.00 per hour - casual flat rates, depending on machine, experience and project
- Super paid on all hours - every hour you work, no exceptions
- 2:1 rosters available across various Rio Tinto sites
- Dayshift only
- FIFO ex Perth - accommodation and all meals provided
- Real pathway to permanency - many of our operators convert to full-time roles direct with our clients after a probationary period

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Minimum 12 months recent experience operating mobile plant in civil construction or bulk earthworks (this is a hard requirement - we're not able to take on operators current to the industry)
- 1–2 recent professional references




- Valid Australian driver's license
- Nationally recognized machinery / plant tickets (RIIMPO)
- Full Australian working rights (we can work with Working Holiday visas where full working rights apply - we are unable to offer sponsorship)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance if required for the role
- Ability to complete pre-start inductions for site-specific clearances
