About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where your energy and ability to connect with people will directly impact your success.

You’ll be speaking with customers all day, from first-time buyers to experienced riders, helping them find the right bike and guiding them through the purchase process from start to finish.

This role suits someone who is confident starting conversations, enjoys being on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a commission-based sales environment; your ability to engage customers and close sales will directly influence what you earn.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Meeting and engaging with new and returning customers

● Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs

● Assisting customers in selecting the right motorcycle

● Negotiating and closing sales

● Managing the sales process from enquiry through to delivery





● Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

● Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident engaging with people

● Proactive; you don’t wait to be told what to do

● Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

● Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings

● Motorcycle licence required

● Sales experience is helpful, but attitude and personality matter more
