West Coast Mobile Mechanics' are` seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Forrestdale, WA. This full-time role will see you working on-site at our customers' locations, providing high-quality mobile automotive repair and maintenance services. You will be a key part of our mission to deliver exceptional service and ensure the safety and reliability of our clients' vehicles.
What you'll be doing
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations
- Test driving vehicles to ensure repairs have been completed to a high standard
- Providing detailed reports on work carried out and any further recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work van to enable productive service delivery
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and our customers
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a relevant trade certification
- Must have previous and extensive experience on European cars ( VW/AUDI)
- Minimum 5 + years' experience as a qualified Mechanic, preferably in a mobile or workshop setting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- A clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a fully-equipped service van
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry developments
