Our client operates a prominent hospitality precinct encompassing a diverse mix of food, beverage and guest experiences. With multiple concepts operating within one destination, the business has established a strong reputation for delivering quality experiences at scale and requires an accomplished senior operator to lead its continued performance.

As a Multi-Outlet General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and cultural performance of this diverse site. Leading an experienced management team, you will provide structure, direction and accountability while ensuring each offering maintains its individual identity and consistently high operating standards.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead the performance of multiple food, beverage and hospitality offerings across the precinct
- Develop, mentor and hold accountable a diverse team of operational and venue leaders
- Maintain rigorous standards across liquor licensing, food safety, WHS and broader operational compliance
- Drive revenue, labour management, cost control, budgeting and overall commercial performance
- Ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience across all areas of the precinct

Candidate Profile

This position will suit an experienced hospitality leader who has successfully managed complex, high-volume and multi-faceted operations.



You will combine strong commercial and operational capability with the leadership presence required to bring together diverse teams, concepts and stakeholders.

You will bring

- Significant senior leadership experience within food and beverage, hospitality or multi-venue operations
- Demonstrated success leading a large and diverse site with multiple hospitality offerings
- Strong knowledge of hospitality compliance, including liquor licensing, food safety and WHS
- Proven commercial capability across budgets, labour, revenue and operational performance
- A collaborative, accountable leadership style with a strong track record of developing management teams
