CBRE is looking for a National Security Risk Manager to lead security risk and emergency response programs across the IFM Investors portfolio.
This is a senior national role with responsibility for security governance, contractor oversight, risk management and emergency preparedness across a diverse portfolio of assets. Working closely with IFM Investors stakeholders, CBRE portfolio leadership and operational teams, you'll provide advice on security-related matters, identify emerging risks and help ensure consistent standards are maintained across the portfolio.
You'll be the primary escalation point for significant security and emergency events and will work closely with site teams, security providers and external agencies when incidents occur. Just as importantly, you'll look beyond individual events to identify trends, strengthen processes and help shape how security is managed across the portfolio.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with sound judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead security risk and emergency preparedness programs across the IFM Investors portfolio nationally
- Manage national security service and emergency response services providers, including contract performance, service standards and KPI delivery
- Oversee security risk assessments, incident management and investigation activities across the portfolio
- Analyse security and incident trends,
presenting findings and recommendations to IFM Investors and CBRE stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, emergency services and other key external stakeholders
About You
You are an experienced security professional who has led security programs within complex, multi-site environments. You know how to balance operational realities with risk management requirements and are comfortable engaging with everyone from frontline teams through to executive stakeholders.
You'll also bring
- Experience leading security risk programs across a national or multi-site portfolio
- Strong contractor, vendor and stakeholder management capability
- Experience overseeing incident management and investigation processes
- A background in property, facilities management, infrastructure, physical security or enterprise security risk management
- CPP, PSP or equivalent security qualification highly regarded
- ICAM experience beneficial
