1. Provide individual support and empowerment to participants to achieve their goals through skill development and meaningful activities

2. Deliver supports using a strengths-based and person-centred approach to promote independence, choice, and control

3. Apply recovery-focused and trauma-informed practices when supporting people with psychosocial disabilities

4. Assist in the delivery of individual and group-based activities in community settings or at Vision and Goals sites

5. Support participants to build and maintain social connections and community networks beyond formal services

6. Develop professional, safe, and trusting relationships with participants through active listening and positive role modelling

7. Provide personal care where required, including support with toileting, eating, communication, medication, transport, and behaviour support

8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity of care and protected service delivery

9. Promote Vision and Goals services, values, and the NDIS both internally and externally

10. Maintain accurate and timely records using the approved Client Information Management System (e.g., ShiftCare)

11. Complete and submit timesheets within required timeframes
