The Role
Support Worker
Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently.
You’ll assist with
- Daily living & personal care
- Community access & transport
- Household tasks & meal preparation
You’ll be supporting individuals with complex needs — so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.

About You
Support Workers:
- Empathetic,
reliable and flexible (Must be able to work sleepovers)
- Solid documentation skills - Digital shift notes & Incident Reports
- Cert III preferred (not essential for the right candidate)
- Experience preferred
Mandatory Requirements
Before commencing, you must hold (or be willing to obtain at your own expense):
- QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver’s Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Modules
- Working rights in Australia
