About the Role

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the business within one of their modern display homes.

Your role is to guide customers through the exciting journey of building their new home from first enquiry through to contract signing. You’ll be supported with strong marketing, warm leads and a trusted brand behind you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries and walk-ins at the display home
- Understand client needs and present suitable home designs and options
- Build rapport and nurture leads from initial contact through to close
- Prepare quotes, variations and documentation accurately
- Achieve monthly sales targets in line with company expectations
- Maintain a high level of presentation and professionalism within the display
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey





About You We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and the motivation to succeed. You’ll thrive in a customer-facing, target-driven environment and bring a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their dream home.

You will ideally have:

- Experience selling in high value including but not limited to; Vehicles, Solar/Renewables, or Real Estate. We will also consider you if you have recruitment experience.
- A proven ability to convert leads and close deals
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- The flexibility to work weekends (with rostered days off during the week)
