As South Australia's largest boutique, locally owned and operated accommodation group, Majestic Hotels & Apartments proudly operates six unique properties across Adelaide CBD, North Adelaide and regional South Australia.

We're currently looking for a reliable and professional Night Auditor / Porter to join our Front Office team at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel, located in the heart of Adelaide's East End.

Working overnight, you'll play an important role in keeping the hotel running smoothly and ensuring our guests are well looked after throughout the night. This is a varied, hands-on position combining guest service, night audit, cleaning and porter duties. If you enjoy being part of a team, are confident working independently when required, and like a role where no two nights are quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing friendly and qualified guest service, including late check-ins, early check-outs and overnight enquiries
- Completing end-of-day and night audit procedures, including balancing and reconciling transactions
- Assisting with reservations, room allocations and preparation for the following day's arrivals
- Carrying out porter duties, including luggage assistance, deliveries and valet parking as required
- Completing overnight cleaning duties across public and back-of-house areas, including breakfast/function spaces where required




- Responding to guest concerns and operational issues throughout the night

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, front office or customer service is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, while making sound decisions during overnight shifts
- A calm, professional and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the shift
- Good physical fitness, as this is an active role involving regular walking, standing, lifting and bending
- Availability to work overnight shifts across a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
