Role Description This part-time remote No-Code Developer role at Mentores con Propósito focuses on designing, building, and maintaining digital products using no-code and low-code platforms. The No-Code Developer will translate business needs into functional workflows, automate processes, and integrate tools such as CRMs, form builders, and automation services. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating web applications and internal tools, configuring databases and logic without traditional coding, testing and troubleshooting user flows, and documenting system configurations.
The role also involves collaborating with mentors and program coordinators to improve learner and client experiences, optimizing existing solutions for scalability, and providing basic training or support to stakeholders using the tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Computer Science principles to support logical problem-solving and system design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming concepts to effectively structure workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals to work with data models, APIs, and modular system components.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Webflow, Notion, or similar tools) and workflow automation.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail in testing and documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess time management and self-organization skills to handle part time, remote work and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in educational, mentoring, or nonprofit environments and an interest in user-centered design are beneficial.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
