CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAREHOUSE MANAGER/BROOKVALE SYDNEY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pack garments to a high standard to ensure exceptional customer experience

Process returns/exchanges and refunds through the online portal

Manage the customer service email by responding to customers

Assist with recieving, unloading and organising physical inventory

Maintain accurate inventory count with regular stock takes

Learn and understand out QC processes





Assist in creating and packing PR gifts to a high level of detail and presentation

Good communication skills, written and verbal

Ability to learn on the job
