Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training)

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and health IT scenarios for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical documentation practices into structured feedback that improves AI model outputs
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic representations in AI-generated EHR and informatics content
- Assess AI responses related to clinical data, patient documentation, and health information systems
- Provide detailed, structured feedback using evaluation rubrics and written commentary
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN)
or equivalent clinical professional with experience in nursing informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing care standards
- Ability to critically evaluate clinical content and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or clinical data evaluation
- Background in health information management or clinical decision support
- Familiarity with AI systems or participation in AI/ML training projects
- Certifications such as RN-BC (Nursing Informatics) or CPHIMS
