About the Role

Looking for a role that offers flexibility, clinical autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the community?

Join our growing Allied Health team as an Occupational Therapist and provide personalised, client-centred care that helps older people maintain their independence, participate in the activities that matter to them, and achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

This is a full-time position, with part-time options also available for candidates seeking greater flexibility to balance work with family, study, lifestyle or other commitments. We are open to discussing what the right working arrangement could look like for you.

Working across clients’ homes and community settings, you’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where your clinical expertise can have a direct and meaningful impact. You’ll build trusted relationships with clients, understand their individual goals and challenges, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that support them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and clinical caseload while working autonomously in the community, with the support of a collaborative multidisciplinary Allied Health team. Your work will include comprehensive assessments, tailored interventions, reablement strategies, assistive technology and equipment prescription, and recommendations for home modifications.

At 3Bridges, you’ll be part of a team where your clinical knowledge, ideas and experience are valued. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement, support students on placement, and continue developing your skills through ongoing professional development.

We believe our people are at the heart of what we do. Alongside meaningful work and flexibility, eligible employees can access benefits including salary packaging, novated leasing, discounted gym memberships, portable long service leave and wellbeing initiatives.

If you’re an Occupational Therapist looking for a role where you can use your clinical expertise, build meaningful client relationships, enjoy greater flexibility and make a real difference in the lives of older people, we’d love to hear from you.
