Looking for an OT role that actually feels good to come to?

Sunny Starts Paediatrics is growing, and we’re looking for a paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.

We’re a fun, supportive and genuinely collaborative team providing OT and Speech Pathology services to children and families across Launceston and Northern Tasmania.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work with children across a range of developmental and functional needs, supporting them to build skills and confidence in the things that matter to them.

Your days might include

- School, home and clinic-based sessions
- Working on regulation, sensory processing, motor skills and self-care
- Supporting participation at school and in the community
- Collaborating with families, educators and other professionals
- Writing reports and developing meaningful, functional goals
- Working alongside our Speech Pathologists and Therapy Assistants

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an OT who is:
- Qualified and AHPRA registered
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Warm, approachable and genuinely enjoys connecting with kids
- Comfortable working across different environments
- Curious and willing to keep learning
- A good communicator and team player
- Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support

New graduate? We’re open to you too. You don’t need to know everything - we care much more about your attitude, willingness to learn and how you connect with children.
