Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, our office is just moments from public transport, fantastic dining options, and the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of our Sydney office.
Working closely with our team of wealth professionals, you'll gain exposure to a range of administrative responsibilities and business functions, providing an excellent foundation for career growth within financial services and professional services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Support the day-to-day operations and presentation of the Sydney office (general cleaning and kitchen duties are included).
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office facilities, supplies and technology requirements.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administration for the broader team,
including document preparation and data management.
- Support internal meetings, events and client functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, diaries and meeting logistics as required.
- Assist with project work and other administrative tasks across the business.

Skills & Experience You don't need extensive experience to succeed in this role. We encourage applications from graduates and early-career professionals who demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
- Certificate, Diploma or undergraduate degree in Business, Administration, Commerce or a related field will be highly regarded.

Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 package including superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience.
